BATH Fighter Danced Orange Clumsily

Here is my piece.

Running water swirled around at the base of the bath. I wasn’t necessarily dirty, but I needed the calm and relaxation only a long bath could provide. I touched the cool water. Cold, so cold. I opened my eyes to face a dodgy alleyway. I was hiding behind a wall, but I could sense him. The fighter. “Come out, come out, wherever you are” he called. I could hear him step clumsily, his feet unsure of themselves. I should’ve run. Instead I stayed still, like a coward. The coward paid the price. I opened my eyes and was back with the cool water. Too cold. I yelped in surprise and yanked my hand away. My hand hit a burning candle and made it topple to the ground. It hit the bathmat first. In the two seconds it took for me to process what had happened the orange flames danced around the room.
